Deadline to Respond to DOE's Regional Wind Resource Centers RFP Is December 5

On October 29, the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE's) National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) released Solicitation RHD-4-23073, a Request for Proposals for Regional Wind Deployment Resource Centers. Up to six subcontracts will be awarded, and they will be administered by NREL. The goals of the Regional Resource Centers are to employ strategic programs, projects, and/or campaigns to address deployment issues and support substantial market transformation via regional support and activities. Responses are due December 5, 2013.
