Establishing Regional Resource Centers to Address Wind Market Barriers: A WPA Webinar

Wind Powering America National Director Jonathan Bartlett and Technical Director Ian Baring-Gould discussed DOE's plans to develop Regional Resource Centers (RRCs). The RRCs will be the backbone of wind activities focused on education and outreach. The goal of establishing regionally based centers is to address market barriers and leverage opportunities shared across multiple states. Plans to release a request for proposals to establish these RRCs during 2013 were also discussed.
