TRC Environmental Corporation prepared this report for projects located within Massachusetts state waters and federal waters beyond state jurisdiction, up to 200 miles offshore. The purpose of this effort was to gather descriptive and spatial information to further the Commonwealth's understanding of offshore energy facilities' siting parameters (i.e., technological capabilities/limitations and other feasibility issues) to help inform decision-making in these areas.
