Date: 9/30/2008

Location: NH

In the Fall of 2008 the New Hampshire Office of Energy and Planning released a technical bulletin on small wind energy systems. The bulletin addresses key siting issues that must be tackled when small wind systems are proposed for construction. The bulletin contains a model ordinance for siting that towns could adopt in order to streamline the process. This technical bulletin was issued as part of the HB310 law that passed in 2008.
