Discussion:

On January 15, 2009 the Town of Roxbury voted in favor of amending zoning regulations, which will allow the project to meet zoning requirements. The Maine Department of Environmental Protection held a hearing in February 2009 to hear public comments regarding the permits that have been filed thus far. If construction begins in early 2009 as planned, the target commercial operation date is late October 2010.
