Independence Wind Discussion:On January 15, 2009 the Town of Roxbury voted in favor of amending zoning regulations, which will allow the project to meet zoning requirements. The Maine Department of Environmental Protection held a hearing in February 2009 to hear public comments regarding the permits that have been filed thus far.
