Discussion:In February 2006, Loranger Power Generation Corp. commenced operation of three out of the four 350-KW used wind turbines it imported from California. In early July, however, the project was vandalized, and the cables used to raise and lower the turbines were severed, toppling and destroying one and severely damaging the other two. The owner has indicated his intent to fix the turbines that were not destroyed.
