With nearly all studies completed and most permits in place, Minuteman Wind, LLC is now in the process of arranging the financing and power purchase agreements for its Savoy Wind Project. The company is currently completing an alternate access road design and with the recent relief of constraints on turbine availability may be able to enter construction late in 2009 or early in 2010.
