Discussion:

Iberdrola's 24-MW Lempster Wind Project began commercial operation in November 2008. The official ribbon-cutting ceremony is expected to take place in the Spring of 2009 after the completion of final site work and restoration. Public Service of New Hampshire is expected to buy 90 percent of the power generated from the project, with minority partner New Hampshire Electric Cooperative buying the remaining 10 percent
