Discussion:

On June 12, 2008, Distributed Generation Systems, Inc. and the Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (MMWEC) achieved financial closing for MMWEC's $4-million acquisition of the Berkshire Wind Project in Hancock. With neighboring condominium developer Silverleaf Resorts' public nuisance lawsuit now settled, MMWEC intends to have the 15-MW wind project operational in 2010.
