NREL and the American Solar Energy Society Wind Division co-hosted this webinar. Mark Mayhew, project manager with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), provided an overview of the Interstate Turbine Advisory Council (ITAC); eligibility criteria for small wind manufacturers for ITAC's unified list; the unified list itself; and where the ITAC is in the development of requirements for mid-sized wind.
