Request for Proposals: Small Wind Turbine Demonstration Program

Proposals are due by 3:00 p.m. on March 3, 2008.

Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) is releasing this Request for Proposals to identify a contractor that will monitor, install and evaluate four to six small wind turbines over a one-year period. The contractor will be responsible for overseeing the installation of the CCEF-approved turbines at the CCEF-approved site(s), securing operating and siting permits, and objectively monitoring and reporting the performance and reliability results of the units over the demonstration period in addition to preparing a comprehensive final report.
